Bullseye Bootcamp - What to Expect

Burn lots of calories, tone and strengthen your whole body, increase your cardiovascular efficiency, have more energy, improve your flexibility, feel more focused and confident in your inner and outer strength, get into a fitness routine and learn many new exercises

Small class size
only 15 people per camp for maximum 1 on 1 coaching

Training variety:
resistance training, cardio, kick boxing, circuits, functional training, drills, obstacle courses, relays, group activities, walks/power walks/jogs/runs (whatever your level), agility, coordination, balance and flexibility training

Visualization, focusing and breathing coaching:
express your INNER POWER! Training for your mind and body.

Equipment variety:
calisthenics (body weight), weights, medicine balls, Lebert "Equalizers", pads, tubing, ropes, the park: bleachers, trees, hills, rocks, trails, open fields and baseball diamonds = endless possibilities, challenges and FUN!

For all levels:
alternative exercises and modifications will be offered to suit your level

This is a progressive program!
Each week will get more intense! Our goal is to keep building on your improvements, and keep challenging you as you get stronger

Included are 2 evaluation appointments: 1 before and 1 after camp, where you will go through: * 11 point body measurements to track you improvements * fitness test to track your improvements
