Meet KiKi

I have been designing my own fitness and nutrition plan for 8 years. Most recently, a large part of this commitment has been inspired by my passion for the martial arts. A former soccer and volleyball player, I now study, train and compete in the martial arts full-time.

Sport and fitness have so positively affected every facet of my life that I really and truly believe they can do the same for anyone seriously willing to try. As a personal trainer, my work is to help you access and express your vast inner pool of light, beauty and strength through the enhanced self-awareness sustained exercise helps to develop. My goal is to empower you by working HARD while helping you build the discipline and self-motivation necessary to keep pushing your fitness goals and overall wellness to the next level and so you can stay fit for life!

Its about Targeted Training: core strength, balance, flexibility, breath work, mental focus, will power, discipline, POSITIVITY and PERSERVERENCE. These principles are at the heart of my own training and represent the "Bullseye" approach to "aiming higher"... to achieve what you SET YOUR MIND to.
